With the release of the new Apple Watch Series 6, it’s a good time to talk about wearable tech and how it can help you have a richer experience with your Apeiron Life program. We encourage you to use wearables because they:
Help you stay accountable and on track to reach your quarterly and yearly goals
Help our experts monitor your progress and tailor your program from week to week
The Apeiron Life app brings together data from different devices and relays it to your team of experts. Our approach is to:
Track only the metrics that ladder up to your goals. This way, you can focus your attention on what matters.
Take a holistic look at your data across exercise, sleep, and nutrition. We connect the dots between how well you slept, how hard you trained, and how you’re fueling your body.
Keep an eye out for red flags, like overtraining or consistent poor sleep. If left unmonitored, small issues can grow into big problems.
Many of our clients use Oura Ring for sleep, Garmin or Apple Watch for exercise, and Polar chest strap to monitor heart rate during activity. Each device has its own strengths. We’re not affiliated with any of these companies - rather, we simply recommend the ideal product for your goals. Of course, it’s not mandatory to wear any of these. You can always enter your data manually into the Apeiron Life app. But we think wearables make your program much more seamless and convenient. Would you like us to set you up with a new wearable?
